This is a mini-album where I functioned as composer, arranger, musician, producer and co-recording engineer. In addition, all sample, synth and electronic programming was done by me. 

The music could be described as a mixture of post rock, electronica, classical and folk music. The idea behind it was to make a sort of “sound collage” by juxtaposing and blending ideas, concepts and idioms from a large variety of musical genres and cultures, while also juxtaposing the organic and the electronic by blending handplayed instrumental performances, with  programmed samples and synths.   

Furthermore the incorporation of found sounds and field recordings are juxtaposed to more traditional ideas of what constitutes both music and musical instruments. Together all of these bits and pieces are assembled into a new whole, in a manner that much resembles that of a classic collage.

The album was recorded partially at Aarhus Lydstudie in collaboration with Kenn Eskildsen, and partially by myself at our own studio and rehearsal space. The album was mixed by Kenn Eskildsen at Aarhus Lydstudie and mastered by Emil Thomsen at ET Mastering.
